We are particularly interested in developing partnerships that can offer:
- Supported employment opportunities for women progressing through the Evolve pathway
- Work experience and employability opportunities
- Corporate volunteering, including practical projects, skills-sharing and mentoring
- Opportunities for businesses to support women as they rebuild confidence, independence and long-term stability
Our supported employment pathway is designed to help women move gradually towards sustainable employment, with appropriate support from Evolve throughout that transition. We are keen to work with employers who can offer safe, supportive and inclusive opportunities and who understand that every woman’s journey is different. Businesses can also support Evolve through team volunteering days, professional skills, training, mentoring or other practical support.
