Stage 4: Independent Living & Community Connection

Stage 4 focuses on supporting women to maintain long-term recovery, stability and independence beyond supported accommodation.

Women may move into private tenancies, independent accommodation or lower-support living arrangements whilst remaining connected to recovery support and community where appropriate.

As Evolve continues to grow, Stage 4 pathways are being developed further to strengthen long-term housing options, tenancy sustainment, employment opportunities and community integration.

What Stage 4 aims to provide:

• Support with transitioning into independent accommodation
  • Tenancy sustainment and practical independence support
  • Ongoing connection to recovery and support networks
  • Pathways into long-term employment and community participation
  • Continued encouragement, accountability and wellbeing support
  • Opportunities for mentoring, peer support and community leadership

Stage 4 recognises that recovery continues beyond supported housing. The focus is on helping women build safe, stable and meaningful lives within the wider community.
