Eloise Sykes – Founder CEO –

Evolve Recovery Homes was founded by Eloise Sykes, who brings together lived experience, professional knowledge, and a deep commitment to supporting women and girls to rebuild their lives. Eloise has worked across health and social care, criminal justice, substance use, supported housing and trauma-informed services. Her vision for Evolve grew from recognising the need for safe, women-only recovery housing where women and girls are not only accommodated, but truly supported to heal, stabilise and move forward. As Founder and CEO, Eloise leads Evolve with compassion, honesty, and determination. Her approach is rooted in dignity, accountability, recovery and belief in every woman and girl’s ability to change when they are given the right environment, relationships, and support.

Jayne Chenery – Finance Manager –

Jayne plays a key role in overseeing the charity’s financial systems, budgeting, reporting and day-to-day finance processes, helping to ensure Evolve remains well-managed, accountable and sustainable. Jayne supports the organisation with financial planning, grant monitoring, payroll and expenditure oversight, working closely with the leadership team and trustees. Her role helps strengthen Evolve’s governance and ensures resources are managed responsibly to support safe, consistent services for women and girls across our recovery pathway.

Elicia Hattersley – Service Manager –

Elicia plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day service delivery, supporting staff, strengthening safeguarding practice, and ensuring women and girls receive consistent, trauma-informed support across Evolve’s recovery pathway. Elicia brings compassion, structure and professionalism to the service, helping to maintain safe, supportive environments where residents can stabilise, build confidence and move forward in their recovery. Her role includes supporting staff development, service quality, compliance and the smooth running of Evolve’s homes and support provision.

Hannah Ferry – Admin Officer

Hannah, our Admin Officer, provides vital support across Evolve, helping to keep communication, organisation and day-to-day processes running smoothly. Her role supports both the team and the wider service, ensuring the practical details behind the scenes are managed with care and consistency.

Housing Support Workers

Our Housing Support Workers are living proof of what Evolve stands for. Each has come through Evolve’s own programme and now uses their experience, training and understanding to support other women on their journey. They bring hope, honesty and real connection to the work — showing every day that recovery is possible.
