Evolve Recovery Homes – Progression Pathway

Evolve Recovery Homes provides a structured pathway to support women through recovery, stability, independence and long-term community living.

Stage 1 – Intensive Support Suite

A safe and supportive environment for women needing stabilisation, structure, emotional support and early recovery support.

Women are supported with immediate safety, recovery planning, daily living, emotional wellbeing and accessing the correct benefits and practical support during times of crisis and transition.

Stage 2 – Supported Community Housing

Women-only shared housing with ongoing support, increasing independence, recovery-focused living and opportunities to access education, volunteering and training.

Women continue building routines, confidence, life skills and stability whilst remaining connected to a supportive recovery community.

Volunteer / Peer Lead Opportunities

As women progress through Stages 2 and 3, opportunities are available to become involved in peer support, volunteering and community leadership.

These roles help women develop confidence, responsibility, communication skills and positive lived experience leadership within the recovery community.

Stage 3 – Supported Employment & Ongoing Support

Supported employment opportunities, increasing independence and meaningful responsibility whilst remaining connected to support and the recovery community.

Women are supported to safely navigate employment, benefit changes, increasing independence and progression towards long-term stability.

Stage 4 – Independent Living & Community Connection

Independent or private tenancy with ongoing community connection, long-term stability and opportunities to continue growing within the wider recovery community.

Women may continue accessing support, peer connection, mentoring and community involvement whilst maintaining independent living and long-term recovery.
