Volunteer / Peer Lead Opportunities

As women progress through Stages 2 and 3, they may have opportunities to become involved in peer support, volunteering and mentoring within the Evolve recovery community.

These roles help women build confidence, responsibility, and communication skills, while using their lived experience to support and encourage others in their recovery journey.

Stage 3: Supported Employment & Ongoing Support

Stage 3 supports women to move into meaningful responsibility, routine and employment progression whilst remaining connected to support and the recovery community.

Women may access supported employment opportunities within Evolve and, as the programme continues to grow, through external partnerships, training providers, social enterprises and community organisations.

What Stage 3 provides:

  • Supported routes into employment, volunteering and work experience
  • Recovery-informed supported employment opportunities
  • Access to external education, training and employability pathways
  • Ongoing recovery-focused support and accountability
  • Support to safely navigate employment and benefit changes
  • Progression planning towards independent living and long-term stability
Stage 3 is designed to help women build confidence, purpose and increasing independence whilst maintaining stability and connection to a safe and supportive recovery community.
