Stage 2: Supported Community Housing

Stage 2 provides women-only supported accommodation within the community, including homes suitable for women with children.

At this stage, women begin living more independently whilst remaining closely supported by Evolve. The focus shifts from crisis and stabilisation towards confidence, routine, responsibility and skill-building.

What Stage 2 provides:

• Shared and self-contained supported housing
  • Ongoing recovery-focused key-work
  • Support with parenting, routines and stability
  • Life skills, budgeting and independence development
  • Continued abstinence-based living
  • Access to education, training and volunteering opportunities
  • Support to build confidence, structure and daily routine

Women remain connected to Evolve whilst strengthening independence, rebuilding relationships and gaining confidence in daily life.
